Pengaruh Green Human Resource Management Terhadap Pro-Environmental Behavior Yang Dimediasi Oleh Employee’s Green Commitment Pada Perumda Air Minum Surakarta

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi peningkatan kesadaran global terhadap permasalahan lingkungan, yang memicu organisasi mengintegrasikan Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) guna meningkatkan perilaku pro-lingkungan karyawan. Studi dimaksudkan guna menganalisis pengaruh Green Recruitment, Green Training, dan Green Reward terhadap Pro-Environmental Behavior dengan Employee’s Green Commitment sebagai variabel mediasi pada Perumda Air Minum Surakarta. Metode studi yang diaplikasikan yakni pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 90 responden karyawan. Analisis data memanfaatkan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Temuan menginformasikan Green Training berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pro-Environmental Behavior dan Employee’s Green Commitment, serta Green Reward berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee’s Green Commitment, namun tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap Pro-Environmental Behavior. Sementara itu, Green Recruitment tidak berpengaruh signifikan baik terhadap Pro-Environmental Behavior maupun Employee’s Green Commitment. Selain itu, Employee’s Green Commitment terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pro-Environmental Behavior dan mampu memediasi pengaruh Green Training serta Green Reward terhadap Pro-Environmental Behavior, namun tidak memediasi pengaruh Green Recruitment. Temuan menegaskan komitmen hijau karyawan menjadi aspek vital dalam mendorong perilaku pro-lingkungan di dalam organisasi.
